Erika Sosa
DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Dr. Erika Sosa is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in cardiovascular care. She began her career as a Nurse Practitioner in 2018, after earning her Master of Science in Nursing Practice from Purdue Global University. She subsequently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2025. Since 2021, she has been part of the Orlando Heart and Vascular Institute, where she provides comprehensive cardiovascular care and leads the vascular clinic. She holds rounding privileges at AdventHealth Hospital and assists with patient rounds.

As a proud U.S. Army veteran and native of the Dominican Republic, Dr. Sosa brings a unique blend of dedication, compassion, and cultural understanding to the practice. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to building meaningful connections with her patients and ensuring they feel supported throughout their care journey.

Outside of her professional role, Dr. Sosa enjoys traveling— especially discovering new countries—spending time with family and friends, and expressing her love of music and dance.
